Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gold Price Live ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Gold Price Live provides real-time and historical price information for precious metals, commodities, and currency exchange rates. The App includes features such as:

• Live prices for gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and other commodities
• Interactive price charts
• Price calculator with premium and purity options
• Currency conversion
• Home screen widgets

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers optional subscription plans that unlock premium features. All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region and currency
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund inquiries.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the price data or other content provided through the App. Price data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App for any commercial purposes without permission
• Verify price information independently before making financial decisions

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gold Price Live and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLD PRICE LIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the content
• Trading or investment decisions based on App information
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
